Simone Ruessli acted in the window of an empty shop. at the beginning of the performance the glasses were completely covered with white chalk paint from the inside. only the title of the action "se traspasa" (for sale) was legible to the public. On this blind surfaces Ruessli started to draw lines that were going to form an interior scene- table, chairs, bowl, television and so on. In a second part of the performance the artist erased and crossed the relations of the described interior. the result was an aggregate of formal references disconnected drwan objects, impossible to read as a coherent image. This non-painting was overwritten again with the line "se traspasa" by the artist. the performance of Simone Ruessli refered to the strong emigration from the island since the beginning of the actual recession as well as to the practice of covering the windows of empty shops in order to prevent the view on a failed enterprise.
